On the cross at Calvary, Jesus of Nazareth willingly shed His blood as a payment for sin. More specifically, as a payment for your sin, and my sin, for the sins of the whole world. Are you thinking that your religion will save you? Think again, it will not. It cannot. Maybe you're a good Catholic, Baptist, Methodist, Lutheran, take your pick. They are all equally meaningless apart from the shed blood of the risen Lord Jesus Christ.

For the past 2,000 years, there has been one story that has taken precedence over any and every other story ever told. The story of a man, flesh and blood, who gave His life willingly on the cross as a ransom for sin, as the Old Testament prophets have proclaimed, and rose from the dead 3 days later to prove that every word He spoke was true and faithful. 

After Jesus died on the cross, He lay in the tomb for 3 full days and 3 full nights. He was as dead as dead ever gets. But on the third day, according to the scriptures, He rose from the dead with the power over life and death in His own hands. Proving that He and He alone was the sacrifice for sin that God will accept. This is the gospel which we preach to the saving of your soul.

Scalfari says to the Pope, "Your Holiness, in our previous meeting you told me that our species will disappear in a certain moment and that God, still out of his creative force, will create new species. You have never spoken to me about the souls who died in sin and will go to hell to suffer it for eternity. You have however spoken to me of good souls, admitted to the contemplation of God. But what about bad souls? Where are they punished?" Pope Francis says,  "They are not punished, those who repent obtain the forgiveness of God and enter the rank of souls who contemplate him, but those who do not repent and cannot therefore be forgiven disappear. There is no hell, there is the disappearance of sinful souls.

In another interview with his longtime atheist friend, Eugenio Scalfari, Pope Francis claims that Hell does not exist and that condemned souls just “disappear.” This is a denial of the 2,000-year-old teaching of the Catholic Church about the reality of Hell and the eternal existence of the soul.

The Gospel of John says of the night immediately following Christ's burial that "that sabbath day was a high day" (19:31-42). That night was Nisan 15, just after the first day of Passover week (Unleavened Bread) and an annual miqra and rest day, in most chronologies. (In other systems, it was Nisan 14, i.e., weekly but not annual Sabbath.) The King James Version may thus be the origin of naming the annual rest days "High Sabbaths" in English.

  On Tuesday, March 20, a student at Great Mills High School in Maryland opened fire on fellow students with a handgun. Within one minute, Blaine Gaskill, an armed sheriff’s deputy on duty as a “school resource officer” (SRO) and a SWAT team member, engaged the shooter and stopped further harm to the student population. The shooter, 17-year-old Austin Rollins, died in the conflict. Since prayer and Bible reading were removed from American schools in the 1960s by Supreme Court rulings and since the schools have become cesspools of moral relativism and evolutionary/humanistic propaganda, they have been plagued with violence to an ever-increasing degree. The actions of Blaine Gaskill demonstrate the right use of guns in a fallen and dangerous world. He used the gun to stop evil. He was authorized by the government to use it (Romans 13:1-4), skilled in its use, and mentally prepared to confront oppressors. He did not hesitate. He ran toward the offender and engaged him. Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan said, “This is a tough guy who closed in quickly and took the right action” (“Student gunman dies,” The
Washington Post, Mar. 20, 2018). In these perilous times (2 Timothy 3:1-4), it is wise for schools to hire men of Blaine Gaskill’s caliber to protect their students from hate-filled people (often) inflamed by drugs and the more destructive elements of the pop culture such as dark music, dark video games, and pornography.

And while there is chatter about so-called ‘toxic masculinity’ bubbling up on left-wing blogs, there is deafening silence regarding a glaring commonality among a majority of school shooters: fatherless homes. As noted by University of Virginia Professor Brad Wilcox in 2013, ‘nearly every shooting over the last year in Wikipedia’s list of U.S. school attacks involved a young man whose parents divorced or never married in the first place.’ Additionally, a study on older male shooters found similar connections to growing up fatherless. Fatherless children are more than twice as likely to commit suicide. Dropping out of school? Seventy-one percent of high school dropouts came from a fatherless background. Drug use? According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, “Fatherless children are at a dramatically greater risk of drug and alcohol abuse.” How about guns? Two of the strongest correlations with gun homicides are growing up in a fatherless household and dropping out of school, which itself is directly related to lack of an active or present father.’ This clear connection is being lazily and intentionally addressed by the Left--if at all--as more evidence to further squash masculinity, which they’ve deemed ‘toxic.’”

Hundreds of people have been convicted of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) offences in France, yet the UK has failed to bring a single successful prosecution, despite the practice being illegal for 31 years.

Hundreds of thousands of women are thought to be living with the consequence of FGM in the UK, and the numbers keep growing.

More that 5,000 new female genital mutilation (FGM) cases were recorded in England last year, it was reported this week, with more than 9,000 women and girls attending the National Health Service (NHS) due to the gruesome practice. STORY HERE:

Judge: Acid Attacks a ‘Growing Problem’ in Sadiq Khan’s London

Sentencing a teenager for a spree of acid attacks in London that left victims with “life-changing injuries”, a judge has warned the violent use of corrosive liquids is a “serious and growing problem” in the UK capital.

At Wood Green Crown Court, Derryck John was sentenced to 10 and a half years in prison for hurling acid at six moped riders in a bid to steal their vehicles within the space of fewer than 90 minutes on July 13th last year.
“These were grave crimes. You attacked members of the public with what appears to have been an acid at the strongest end of the scale of acids,” Noel Lucas QC told the 17-year-old, who appeared in court via video link.

Pew: U.S. Catholics Show ‘Signs of Disenchantment’ With Pope Francis

At the five-year mark in the Francis pontificate, “signs of growing discontent” with the pontiff are emerging among American Catholics, according to a report released Tuesday by the Pew Research Center.

While the vast majority of U.S. Catholics continue to view the Argentinian pope favorably, the trend is toward greater diffidence toward Francis with increasing numbers saying they view Francis unfavorably, because he is “too liberal and naïve,” Pew revealed.

Pope Francis In Chile Placed Crown On Statue Of The ‘Virgin Mary’ And Declared Her Queen Of The Universe

EDITOR’S NOTE: Section 966 of the official Catechism Of The Catholic Church states “the Blessed Virgin is invoked in the Church under the titles of Advocate, Helper, Benefactress, and Mediatrix”. But the Bible says that Jesus alone is our Advocate with the Father. It furthermore goes on to say that Mary is a co-redeemer in that the “union of the mother with the Son in the work of salvation is made manifest”. The Bible says that Jesus alone paid for our sins, with no earthly help from anyone. So when Pope Francis was in Chile earlier this year, placing a crown on a statue of Mary and declaring her to be queen, he was simply reaffirming that Catholics worship this fictional Mary who exists nowhere within the pages of the Bible. This is nothing more than pagan idol worship of another human being, making a statue and bowing down before it. This is not Christianity, and this is not biblical. No one in the Bible ever asked Mary for her advice, not one time is recorded of anyone asking for her prayers, and on the day of Pentecost she is a silent observer, saying and doing nothing at the birth of the Church. And yet somehow, the Catholic harlot has promoted her to the 4th part of the Trinity and a co-redeemer  with God in our salvation. Anything to get and keep your eyes off of Jesus, anything at all.
